OTH UK convention

This convention will be taking place from 15-17 August 2008 at the Thistle Hotel, Bristol.

Guests will be Hilary Burton, Danneel Harris and Elisabeth Harnois (subject to professional work commitments, further guests to be annouced

Lmao Claire, not a stupid question cos they aren't on sale yet. Haha. But if I were you I would keep checking the forum, it'll be posted on there first when they are on sale.

I would so prefer to live in the US but I am so happy OTH are doing something here Smile

Yeah Dom, there is a OTH/Supernatural convention in october and there is a just supernatural one in may that Jared is going to, so wish I was going to that one!

Catherine, a convention is like a a get together of fans of a certain TV show/movie. It is usually a weekend thing, held at a hotel where some of the cast of the TV show come and you have a chance to meet them, ask them questions, get a picture with them, get their autograph etc. I'm really not the best person to reply as I've never been to one but from what I gather, it's pretty much along those lines.

I think they are usually held for sci-fi sort of stuff like star wars, supernatural, buffy, charmed etc.

There is one that starfury are also doing in June that Kristen Bell and Jason Dohring are going to that I want to go to so bad! Kristen is like my fave person ever (after Sophia!) so I really want to meet her but it's just so expensive Sad

Me too! I wish it wasn't so expensive, or else I wish I was really rich! I just looked on the website and I'm pretty sure they are still on sale. Why, you thinking of going?
