Hmm Im not really a huge fan of JP for obvious reasons lol, however, they were a cute couple while they lasted...I loved them in 321, they were so cute! However I stil think Jake was there to show Peyton she was as the title was called "Over the hills and Far away," like she was kind of living in a fairytale because life for her had been bad at TH so she wanted to escape that and that tied into the whole storyline with Jake reading the fairytale book as well. However Jake was smart to send her back to TH because when life catches up to her she woulda been pissed at herself lol.

I hope Jake comes back and gets back with Peyton because they are just so made for eachother

I dont know why people say JP were made for each other. Im actually genuinely curious and would like an answer...not to be rude I just never understood the concept. A couple is more than just sexual chemistry and after the soft porn JP portrayed in season 2 thats all I saw them as. I guess my question is why do people think Jake is the guy for Peyton, he doesnt understand her like Lucas does, and he definately knew she was not as in love with him as she forced herself to think she is.

The one positive thing I saw Jake as for Peyton was a source of stability. I mean he had a ready made family she desparately needed at the time because she was lonely. Please JP fans dont take offense to this I just really wanted an answer because may then I can learn to tolerate and accept them more as a couple:)

i saw 222 today, the one where jake leaves, bryan and hilaries chemistry together was so gd in their scenes, i love s2 JP!
