Strangely in love - Brooke and Lucas

I'm planning on writing a BL fic, a new one,and probably a better one then the first one I posted on the other forum and on my FF.
Here's a summary.

Brooke Penelope Davis is your average young adult.More like teenager.Seventeen years old and a party animal till it wont stop.She loves to flirt with boys,she loves to get drunk,she loves to go to parties,she loves to be with her friends.But most of all,she loves to be around her family,even if she barely was with them.Seeing the pictures gave enough.Being a party girl also brought her in a lot of problems.Yet when Lucas Scott,the new guy in town,comes in the picture,Brooke Davis just might change her lifestyle.
