| Omg so I was watching season 1 and comparing it to season 5, and is it just me or did Nathan definately bulk up this season. Especially when he was doing the shower scenes I noticed his arms were more muscular...all I can say is: Dear James, Bench press has been so, so good to you  | |

| haha - well I have appreciated the body of his since season one - it may have been scrawnier but it was still fine!!! Season two - Paul mentioned in the commentary that James was hitting the gym and drinking protein shakes, which btw worked really well!! But yeah each season he has looked hot as hell- this season his shoulders are definately a lot more buffer than last season though - but through it all he outshines them all  | |
